Questions

What people ask first.

How does pricing work?

One credit is one email delivered, follow-ups included. Finding and keeping addresses is free, a bounce gives the credit back, and credits never expire.

Which address do the emails come from?

Your own mailboxes: Google Workspace or another provider, connected under Domains and mailboxes. Otto reads only the replies and bounce reports there; look-alike domains keep your main domain safe.

Do you warm up new addresses?

Yes: 5 a day, climbing to 30 over 14 sending days, once the domain's DKIM, SPF and DMARC pass. Then it grows slowly while bounces stay low, up to 100 a day per address.

Will my emails have links?

None, unless you list up to three of your own, such as your website or a booking page.

Do you track opens?

No. Emails go as plain text, with no tracking pixels and no unsubscribe link.

How do people stop the emails?

Each email ends with your postal address and a line saying to reply "no". A "no" puts them on your do-not-contact list.

Do I see the emails before they go?

Yes. You approve the whole campaign once, and can read or change any email first.

Your next customers already have a website. Otto reads it.
